Hi Beauties, I have been sent out the Enchanteur Perfumed Shower Gel  Charming which is marketed & imported by Wipro Ltd & here's my take on that.

What does the company Claim about this Shower Gel: The rich foamy lather with its unforgettable lingering fragrance moisturizes & cleanses, leaving you feeling refreshed & beautifully clean. 
Ingredients: 

Availiability: Available at most of the super markets like Spar & Big Bazar


Variants: Available in Charming & Romantic.


My Experience with the shower gel: 


Packaging: The shower gel comes in a off-white colored bottle, it's the regular packaging of the Enchanteur products. The bottle is sturdy & has a flip cap to control the flow of the shower gel. The bottle is travel friendly & can be carried when you are on a vacation or travelling for other purposes. Since this doesn't come in a see through bottle, you may not know when you run out of it someday.


Texture: The shower gel is thin in texture & appears like a transparent brown gel. It's very runny & lather wells.

Price: Affordable at Rs.140 INR for 250 ml, Also available in 500ml. The 250 ml will last for at least a month & half with regular use.


Cleansing & Mositurising: Since the shower gel lathers good enough, it cleanses the skin well but you end feeling that a soapy film is left behind & have the urge to rinse it again & again. It neither dries out or moisturizes the skin.

Fragrance: This is the most disturbing thing about the shower gel. Unlike the body lotions & body talcs from Enchanteur, this doesn't smell anything like flowers, to me it smells like a strong men's shaving cream. 


Final Verdict: This is an ordinary shower gel, nothing extraordinary about it, the fragrance is very unappealing & is major turn off. I would have ignored the soapy film part had it been a pleasant smelling shower gel. However I would suggest their hand & body lotion & talcs since they are little better than this.

I like the case cover, it's in pink color, however I suggest if you are going to get one for yourself, do make sure you get it in a dark color because my case cover being light colored drew lots of dirt because of every day use & cleaning it becomes a mess.
It looks very girly & it's light & fun to carry it around. I could use all the keys on the phone without any difficulty.

My Experience:  I have been using this for a long time now & trust me the sound quality is awesome. Alright, now let's talk about this eye shadow quartet

My Experience with the quartet:  I didn't choose the shade & the company randomly sent

the Envious Green shade quartet & I'm glad I got this because I love the green shades in it.

Packaging: The quartet comes in a steel casing & has a mirror & a sponge applicator inside & looks very sleek & travel friendly. The outer casing of the quartet is made of a paper case . I like the packaging a lot.

Color: The color are super gorgeous metallic colors.The Envious Green Quartet has 4 shades- 2 green colors on the top, one is like khakhi green & the other one is a light green, the bottom row has silver & black color shades. The most pigmented of all the shades is the black, this black can be used to create gorgeous smokey eyes. The colors are good for either day or night time look.

Ingredients: The ingredients are listed on the outer steel casing & here’s a picture of that.

Texture: The texture of these powder eye shadows is smooth & glides easily however you 

would need to keep picking up the color 2-3 times from quartet to get the exact pigmented color one looks for, just one swipe wouldn't be enough to get the desired look. These shadows have micro shimmer which isn't too obvious & doesn’t look over the top. The eye shadows don't flake off onto the cheeks or all over the eyes, they just fade away.

Staying Power: The staying power of the colors isn't too good, they start to fade soon but the black color stays little longer when compared to the other colors, it is the most pigmented of all of them. But looking at the price this quartet is available for, I'm kinda ignoring the fact that these don't have great staying power.

Final Verdict: It’s a nice quartet for beginners, it’s very decently priced & you could use the four colors to create different looks. Although the staying power isn’t too great, to make them last little long you could use a nice eye shadow primer. I would recommend this to girls who are on tight budget & can’t afford high end brands but the only constraint is since these are powdery eye shadows, it will be hard to build up but will be good for practice.

Hi Beauties, Today's NOTD is with the  Lotus Herbals Color Dew Nail Enamel - Crimson Red(912).

The nail enamel is non-shimmery opaque in texture with black undertone & the formula is super smooth & glides easily on the nails.
A base coat needs to be applied because this color like most other Red nail colors stains the nails.
The color is well pigmented & I just needed 2 coats to get this creme color.
This doesn't streak & though the brush gets more nail color than you need it makes the application so easier.
You just need to get a hang of it, that's it!

This starts to fade only after 4-5 days, but if you use a top coat & don't have to do daily chores this may stay even longer.

NOTD Lotus Herbals Color Dew Nail Enamel - Peach Perfect(99)

Hi Beauties, It's NOTD with Lotus Herbals Color Dew Nail Enamel - Peach Perfect(99)

It's a peach color & I'm sure will look great on either short or long nails.
It has a shiny finish & here in the picture it's 2 coats of application.
The formula is very thin but unlike the other nail colors I have used from Lotus Herbals this takes some time for drying.
It's better to apply the second coat only after the first one dries other wise it will look gloop.
This stays nice for at least 4-5 days without fading if top coat is used.

NOTD Lotus Herbals Color Dew Nail Enamel - Plum Delight (87)

Hi Beauties, It's NOTD again! I've used the  Lotus Herbals Color Dew Nail Enamel - Plum Delight for the NOTD. This nail enamel is from the toluene, acetone and DBP free nail enamels from Lotus Herbals.
This is how it looks!

It's deep plum shade with black undertones & doesn't have any shimmer to it. It's a very pretty purple & I feel it looks better on short nails.
Purple nail colors are the "IT" nail color of the winter season.
The nail polish has a shiny finish, so you don't even need a clear top coat.
2 coats would be enough to get a nice smooth finish.
The formula is very thin & sometimes the brush get more than you need & it makes the application little tricky, however it dries very fast.
The color is very pigmented & starts to fade only after 4-5 days, but if you use a top coat & don't have to do daily chores this may stay even longer.

My Experience:  The first thing that I noticed when I applied the nail color is the smell & surprisingly it doesn't smell like the regular nail colors that could be because it's water-based, it's free from harsh chemical odors and has no formaldehyde, toluene, dibutyl phthalates or FD& C colors. I have got the shade Desire.It a nice opaque red color, the formula of the nail polish is thick but it glides smooth upon application. Since it nicely pigmented, you would need to use a clear base coat to avoid staining your nails. The nail polish takes some time to dry unlike the regular nail polishes. To get a nice pigmented color I had to apply 3 coats of this. The brush is not short & stubby, it's very easy to work with & makes the application easier. This kind of starts fading in 5 days & to make it stay good you need to use a top coat. Since this takes time to dry, it might get streaky if you try to apply the nail color in hastiness. It isn't easy to remove the nail color, you need to apply gentle pressure & few more swipes than you are used.

Pros of the Honey Bee Gardens Nail Color:
1. It's a water-based polish which is free from harsh chemical odors & toxic ingredients.
2. Good quality brush that makes application smooth. 
3. 3 coats needed to get a nice pigmented color.
4. Simple packaging!
5. Decently priced for a 14ml nail color.
6. The nail polish has nice shade names with number to identify instead of  just the regular 
     bottles with numbers.
7. Unlike solvent based polishes, these don't strip away the naturally produced oils.
8. Free from formaldehyde, toluene, dibutyl phthalates or FD& C colors.
9. All the products at Honey Bee gardens are gluten free except the hair spray.
10. Products are not tested on animals.
11. Honey Bee Gardens delivers what it claims.


Cons of the Honey Bee Gardens Nail Color:

Although, I'm writing down the cons, I think considering that these are non-toxic & free from harsh chemical odors, you could ignore these.


1.Takes time to dry because it's water based.After about an hour of application, you would be able to do normal chores like doing dishes etc.
2. It takes some gentle pressure to remove the nail color, but according to the company  
individuals with dry skin and dry nails tend to have a more difficult time removing our polish.   
3. You need to have little patience to let it dry, to make sure it doesn't get streaky.
4. Will chip, if clear top coat isn't applied.

Will I recommend this? I will definitely recommend this to people who can't stand the strong nail polish ordor & are looking out for alternatives to the solvent-based nail enamels. I think I would like to reiterate is this is not like a typical cosmetic company & doesn't make any false claims, the website has very clear content to read before you decide to purchase.

Hail Monsoon Garden

With Onset of Monsoon & the wonderful weather in Hyderabad, I couldn't forbear doing a post on my small Minuscule garden.

Last year when I was going thorough a rough phase of my life, I wanted to keep myself occupied with something that is creative & at the same time that would calm my mind.

I didn't have a huge place to do gardening, so I decided I would buy a small pot & plant something & keep myself busy to nurture it.

I started off with a beautiful Rose plant & soon bought some more Ornamental plants.

You don't need a huge investment to bring happiness & serenity in your life!

The big plastic pots cost somewhere around 30-40 Rupees & the smaller ones could be somewhere around 25-30. I got the bigger ones from a Horticulture Expo(Plant mela) & the smaller ones from a local shop.

The bigger ones that you see in the pictures are of good quality, the color of the pots doesn't change or wear out.

In Summers, you need to be extra careful & water them twice, intense heat &sun can damage them.

So instead of making this post long, I'll share the pictures of my minuscule garden with you all.

Alright let's talk about this great body scrub from Liz Earle that I've used

What does Liz Earle claim about this body scrub: This uplifting , invigorating & refreshingly scented Body Scrub exfoliates & cleanses, leaving your skin renewed, revitalized & super-smooth. The naturally active ingredients include specially selected ground Olive stones to exfoliate & remove dead skin cells, with an energising blend of Damask rose flower water & 9 pure essential oils including sweet orange , grapefruit, geranium, peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary & pine.

How to use: For best results: massage a generous amount onto wet skin over body using circular movements, paying particular attention to upper arms, hips, thighs and feet.
Not recommended for use on the face, neck or sensitive areas.Rinse off thoroughly.

My Experience: The Energising Body Scrub all come in a pastel sky blue plastic tube with a flip cap. The scrub has these tiny brown & white micro granules of Olive stones which I thought wouldn't effective for scrubbing but to my surprise this scrub provides gentle but effective exfoliation. The fragrance of the scrub is amazing, it smells herbal because of the presence of the pure essential oils & honestly it doesn't smell like the regular scrubs with synthetic smell. Though it has natural ingredients, it produces nice froth like the regular scrubs.The fragrance lingers for a while & eventually fades away. As soon as I finished my bath I touched my skin to see how it feels & it was soft & supple. But if you have extremely dry skin like me you need to use a moisturizer to lock up moisture & let it stay soft.

Pros of the Liz Earle body scrub:

1.Has essential oils which make it smell great & not too overwhelming.

2.Has gentle Olive stones that exfoliate well & are not abrasive at all.

3.Lathers well so works as a shower gel as well as a scrub.

4.After use, the skin feels soft & smooth.
5.The texture of the scrub isn't clumpy.
6. Since I use this once a week, I'm sure this 200ml tube will last for a while.
7.Rinses off easily & doesn't leave a film.
8.Doesn't have SLS.
9. Decently priced.
10. Delivers what it claims! It is an uplifting , invigorating & refreshingly scented Body Scrub that exfoliates & cleanses, leaving your skin renewed, revitalized & super-smooth. 


Cons of the Liz Earle body scrub: Although I don't consider this as a con, but people like me who have extremely dry body skin need to use a moisturizer immediately to make the skin stay soft & supple for longer time.


Final Verdict: I like this scrub a lot. This scrub strikes a balance between not being too harsh to the skin and not too gentle to provide effective exfoliation. I'm in love with the fragrance, it smells pure organic & herbal, nothing can beat this! I'm giving the Thumbs Up to the product!

My Experience with Craftsvilla: I got the Tom & Jerry Bag also called the Bangle Bag from Craftsvilla, the price of the bag is Rs.699. It's pink Brocade hand bag with bangle handles, decorative mirrors are attached at either end & and has foam lining. The size of the bangles was small for me, but if you are ordering I guess you could ask them to include a bangle of your size. The bag has enough space to put a phone, compact powder, lipstick, eyepencil, keys & some cash. It looks very good when you pair it up with your Indian wear.Along with the hand bag comes a cotton carry bag to keep your hand bag free from dust & any other external damage. The quality of the cloth used, the mirrors & the zip is excellent.

1. Mentioning the bangle size for the bangle bag collection, because the one I got was a smaller size & since the bangles are made of metal, I had difficulty wearing those bangles.
2. Introducing lots of other colors like blue, teal etc.
