1.Some of the participants were putting up the pictures of the eye makeup before the host(the blog owner) hasn't even put it up on the blog, the participants need to understand that the looks are posted in the order they are received, so don't get impatient & wait until it's posted on the blog. Otherwise the entry will be disqualified.

2. Some of the participants were modifying their looks & posting it on other blogs( A participant just changed the way the eyeliner is applied & put it up on another blog). This is definitely not going to be accepted & the entry will be disqualified.

Disclaimer: If any one of the rules aren't followed Zestful Nails has the right to reject the entry. The contest is sponsored by Stylecraze & Zestful Nails has no control over deciding the prizes. The final winner will be chosen only on the basis of votes on Stylecraze. ! Zestful Nails blog has no role in deciding the winner.

International Giveaway- Win a Hair Fork

Hello Beauties,

Here's another International Giveaway sponsored by the talented  Liz who runs the store Votepalantine. She makes these wonderful handmade hair forks & hair sticks. She lives in Australia which  has the beautiful timbers in the world & she searches high & low to find the prettiest exotic Australian wood to make it into  works of art for the hair.

What are hairforks & hair sticks?

Using a hairfork or stick is the most comfortable way to put your hair up - no snagging elastics breaking your hair or tangling up in knots.  Once you get the knack of weaving a fork or stick through your hair bun you wont ever want to go back!  All my pieces are sanded through five stages and polished to a super smooth satin finish so they glide through your hair.

Liz has been extremely generous & excited  to sponsor a giveaway, she is gonna  giveaway a two prong hairfork made from beautiful dark two-tone Tasmanian Myrtle wood.
This is how it looks!

If you need a pictorial tut to see how this fork can be used, do let me know! I'll post some pictures that Liz has sent me.

How I made use of Coupon Codes for Online shopping!

Hello Beauties,

Wanted to share a brief post on my online  shopping experience using the coupon codes available. Hope this helps everyone!
Lots of online shopping sites had these tempting offers for the Festival Diwali, one of them Medplus beauty had offer on cosmetics & I couldn't stop myself from getting a few things!

When I saw these offers & discounts, I spent an entire day zeroing on the stuff that I needed( I'm not a hoarder these days &I get stuff that I need because of the storage issue),calculating the amount I would save considering the budget that I had in mind & reading reviews online.

Medplus beauty had 25%  festive discount on Colorbar products & a discount of 40% on Maxfactor during their clearance sale in addition to discounts on other brands too! I chose Colorbar because I liked the Colorbar velvett Matte lipstick that Nisha sent me & I wanted to try a few more shades from the range, also I needed a Kohl so got one from Colorbar, I use a MaxFactor foundation & since it was running out I needed a back up so got the foundation.

Here's a picture of my order which also shows the actual price & the discounted price.

So for the lipstick worth Rs.250 I paid Rs.187.50 INR & for the Kohl priced Rs. 150 I paid Rs.112.50 & the foundation priced Rs.850 I paid Rs.510 INR.

The actual amount of the 3 products is Rs.1250 & I paid Rs.810 so I saved Rs.440 INR. Isn't that nice?

So I suggest, whenever you do online shopping do make sure you google search for coupon codes to save some bucks! There are lots of websites dedicated just for coupon codes, so don't forget to search for them.

For my International friends, there is a website Coupon Chief that caters to all your needs, browse through the site to get the best of the deals & grab them.

Pyjamas, Nightgowns or Baby Doll – The Big Nightwear Debate

When it comes to what we wear in bed, we all have personal preferences. Whilst some of us prefer the comfort and warmth of a traditional pair of pyjamas, others prefer the freedom of a nightie – presuming we choose to wear anything at all that is!

Pyjamas

The thought of being tucked up, wearing a pair of cosy pyjamas as the wind rattles outside is enough to get us all wishing for our beds. Pyjamas come in a wide variety of styles, sizes and materials; ranging from fitted, silky and sexy to baggy and comfortable. Generally speaking pyjamas are made of soft materials and are designed to provide comfort and warmth whilst asleep.

With the winter coming, pyjamas can be a good choice of nightwear for the simple fact they are cosy and warm. In the summer when the nights are much warmer you may want to opt for alternative sleepwear options that are cooler – such as nightgowns – or for pyjamas made of thinner, cotton or jersey fabrics.

Nightgowns

Similar to pyjamas, nighties come in a huge variety of styles, sizes and materials. A silk nightgown is soft on the skin and exudes luxury and sex appeal whilst a good cotton nightgown can balance practicality and elegance.

If you have a tendency to sweat at night and feel hot under the bedclothes, then opting to wear a cotton nightie will certainly be advantageous. As cotton is a natural fibre it has the incomparable advantage of being breathable and, unlike its silk or synthetic counterparts, allows the skin to breathe; aiding a good night’s sleep.

As nightgowns are typically loosely fitted and are usually flowing instead of tight, most are extremely comfortable. Whether it is a thick cotton flannel nightgown that does you proud in the winter, or a lightweight cool cotton night dress that is ideal for those warm summer nights, nighties can feel great on the skin and provide maximum comfort for a restful night’s sleep.

Baby Doll

If your choice of nightwear is designed to do something other than facilitate sleep, there is nothing quite as sexy as baby doll sleepwear. Baby doll night dresses are typically sleeveless, extremely short and flared at the bottom with see-through materials and frill detailing common features. These are ideal for those looking to bring some passion to the bedroom and come in a range of flattering styles for those of different shapes and sizes.
