I have seen the ads of Craftsvilla on Facebook numerous times & was intrigued to find out what they sell & visited their site & found that the website is completely dedicated to showcasing the true colors of our very own Indian Culture. They believe in introducing us to the world of handcrafted and greencrafted (organic) products & have added colours of future to it to suit all generations.

The team at the Craftsvilla had a vision to create a strong Indian global brand in handicraft space which showcases true colors of Indian culture and are embraced by people of all ages, religion and regions.They are dedicted to providing you with high quality genuine handcrafted products directly from its base and provide fair wages to the artisans.They design, produce, market and sell our own products apart from selling other premium brands. They use best raw material available, minimize use of chemicals, prefer to use natural dyes and make sure that each product is quality checked multiple times.
They are also dedicated to support social cause for the upliftment of artisans, craftsmen and craftswomen who have preserved our rich and diverse heritage and are now finding it difficult to sustain it.
My Experience with Craftsvilla: I got the Tom & Jerry Bag also called the Bangle Bag from Craftsvilla, the price of the bag is Rs.699. It's pink Brocade hand bag with bangle handles, decorative mirrors are attached at either end & and has foam lining. The size of the bangles was small for me, but if you are ordering I guess you could ask them to include a bangle of your size. The bag has enough space to put a phone, compact powder, lipstick, eyepencil, keys & some cash. It looks very good when you pair it up with your Indian wear.Along with the hand bag comes a cotton carry bag to keep your hand bag free from dust & any other external damage. The quality of the cloth used, the mirrors & the zip is excellent.
Here are a few points for why I like Craftsvilla
1. All the products are handcrafted.
2. Free Shipping on all orders anywhere in India. I'm sure most of us like to shop at websites that offer free shipping.
3. Delivery within 3 working days for domestic orders. They also offer Cash On Deliver Option.
4. Secured online shopping processed through the EBS Bank payment gateway. All MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted. International customers can use their International credit cards to make payments for their orders.
5. The pictures used on the website are clear & not misleading. Products look exactly the same as you see on the website. You have the option to zoom in & look at the product before buying.
6. Good customer service. You can mail them your queries & you'll get a prompt reply! If you look at their Facebook page you get see so many comments appreciating their Customer support.
7. The team at Craftsvilla always credits the artisans for the appreciation they get.

Few things I would suggest
1. Mentioning the bangle size for the bangle bag collection, because the one I got was a smaller size & since the bangles are made of metal, I had difficulty wearing those bangles.
2. Introducing lots of other colors like blue, teal etc.
